Wileniuksen telakka Porvossa elää lopettamisuhan alla. Porvoon kaupunki pitää telakan pitäjiä Ivar ja Max Nordlundia sekä veneiden omistajia jännityksessä - vuokrasopimus ja toiminta on varmistettu vain tulevan kesän heinäkuuhun saakka. Porvoon kaupungille on luovutettu tuhansien ihmisten allekirjoittama adressi, jossa korostetaan telakan merkitystä suomalaiselle veneenrakennukselle ja maamme purjehduskulttuurille. Wilenius Boatyard in Porvoo town has an obscure future. The boatyard was established 1932 and is known of large selection of famous yachts built at the place. The land is owned by Porvoo town and the lease has been on short terms only. The existing lease of the place will come to the end in July this year - and still the future is covered by fog ! A petition, signed by thousands of people, has been delivered to the town administration, supporting the importance of the boatyard as an elementary part of Finnish boating traditions.
